From it establishment until the present, the Armada has brought to life the "Çilingir" or "Locksmith "Tray", inspired by the age-old "Çilingir Table,”an inseparable part of pub culture. For example, on the chef’s "Hot Çilingir Tray,”  you’ll find small portions of six irresistible Istanbul "meze" or starters, like grilled chicken fillets, “spinach filling” ddep fried pastries, “Muska" pastry with cheese, navy beans in tomato sauce with "pastırma" or Turkish pastrami, Albanian fried liver, and "Filibe" meatballs. When hot and cold "meze" prepared in the Armada kitchen are presented together,  they form a set of unforgettable tastes for our local and foreign guests who want to experience true pub culture.
